DomainsOutbound.com provides digital marketing, cold emailing and lead-generation services. As these are non-tangible, time-based services, all payments made for campaigns, subscriptions, or lead generation are generally non-refundable once a campaign has started.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment or transaction error.
- Technical failure resulting in no campaign activity or lead delivery.
- Cancellation requested before campaign activation.
3. Refund Process
- Eligible users must contact support@domainsoutbound.com within 7 days of payment.
- All refund requests are reviewed manually within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Services already rendered or campaigns already executed.
- Leads or email data successfully generated or downloaded.
- Custom or one-time service fees.
